I am a mom of two beautiful boys and a wife to my loving husband, Jesus. When I had my second son, I was officially in the two-under-two club, and keeping up with my home was becoming impossible.
The moment that changed everything wasn’t in a lab—it was at my kitchen table, watching my toddlers play while reading about toxic water contamination in my hometown of Dalton, Georgia.
I grew up surrounded by carpet and chemical plants, never questioning their presence. But decades of exposure to “forever chemicals” came at an invisible cost—one that hit home as I thought about my children and our family’s long history of cancer.
With a Bachelor’s in Biology and a Master’s in Regulatory Affairs from Johns Hopkins University, I understood the science. But as a mom, the urgency to protect my family became deeply personal. What shocked me most was how inaccessible this information is—buried in journals, masked by industry jargon, and out of reach for most families.
So I got to work—decluttering, renovating, and researching. I began transforming our home using evidence-based swaps and mindful choices. I call this process “detox decluttering”—reducing both physical and chemical clutter to create safer, healthier spaces.
Now, I help other mothers take back control of their homes with simple, practical steps. This isn’t about fear or perfection—it’s about empowerment, clarity, and building generational health for our children and the generations that follow.
We all deserve to know what’s in our homes—and how to make them safer, one thoughtful step at a time.
My mission is simple: help other mothers protect their families, reduce harmful exposures, and feel confident in the choices they make for their homes. Because we all deserve to know what’s in our homes—and how to reclaim it for our health, peace of mind, and children’s future.
If you’re ready to detox your home, protect your loved ones, and step into a more empowered version of motherhood, I’m here to walk with you.
